Sleep Better at Night (Part I)

Do you often struggle to fall asleep at night? Or do you have disturbed sleep patterns? In the recent times, it has become quite common to have some sleep difficulties. And as always, there are quite a few natural ways of ensuring healthier quality of sleep.
Here are a few food habits that will help you sleep better.

• Avoid caffeine consumption beyond 4 PM during the day, since caffeine stays in the blood for about 6-8 hours.
• Try to consume fewer fluids beyond 8 PM to avoid waking up in the middle of the night to use the facilities.
• Avoid snacking or eating late. If we eat late, our digestive system is overloaded which in turn disturbs our sleep.
• If you have trouble falling asleep, try a glass of warm milk or chamomile tea to sooth you.
