Many a times in the afternoon, especially after lunch we find ourselves feeling drowsy a bit
lethargic and our movements get a bit slower.
We need to recharge ourselves to ensure that the reminder of day is equally effective and
productive.
A short power nap is a good way to recharge oneself.
Power naps should be for only 10 to 20 minutes and it leave you will feeling refreshed and alert.
Sleeping longer will leave you groggy and irritable and even more exhausted.

Prevents stress
Boosts mood and creativity
Jump starts productivity and alertness
Helps digest food if sitting in a reclining position and not lying down completely.
