My personal journey

Over the last few years, I started taking my health seriously, and changed quite a few of my
habits to improve my health.
Some of the changes I made include:
· Timely, proportioned meals – what better way to avoid binge-eating and cravings than
regulating your meals?!
· Healthier substitutes instead of my regular junk food but taste just as good.
· Drinking almost 2 litres of water daily; seventy per cent of our body is water, after all!
· Regular exercise routine – it gets your blood pumping, first thing in the morning.
· Proper sleep cycle – after all the work, our body requires some rest, doesn’t it?!
While the last two points are more of a later addition, I noticed that simply making better dietary
choices had a significant positive effect on me; I was healthier, more alert, energetic, effective,
and also felt a lot calmer than earlier.
