Sleep Better at Night (Part II)

In the recent times, it has become quite common to have some sleep difficulties. We either find it difficult to fall asleep or have problems sleeping well. But there are quite a few natural ways of ensuring healthier quality of sleep.
Here are a few tips that will help calm your mind and improve your environment to ensure you sleep better.

• Set a sleep schedule. Going to bed at a set time and waking up at the same time regularly conditions your body clock and allows you to sleep well.
• Avoid using any devices at least for an hour before you go to sleep. This allows your mind to calm down.
• Ensure you use for bed for resting purposes alone. Avoid using your bed to work, study, surf the net or watch TV.
• Lower the lights an hour or two before bedtime. The dim lights signal your brain to produce melatonin, which is the sleep hormone.
