A Complete Meal – Oats Smoothie

Tasty, Healthy and Filling.
Ingredients:
Roasted oats
Flax seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Small banana or Apple or Pear or Sapodilla
2 Dates or 1 tsp Honey
Water for consistency (optional)
Blend them all together. You can top it with roasted almonds and chia seeds (soaked).
