I cannot stress enough about STRESS; one the most talked about health concerns in modern society!

And may I suggest that when life gets tough, laugh a little?

Today I would like to encourage you to give Laughter Yoga a try—not just for the joy of it but for the incredible benefits it offers

Here’s the thing: laughter isn’t just about feeling good in the moment. It’s a natural stress-buster.

And when combined with mindful breathing, as we do in Laughter Yoga, it becomes a powerful exercise for improving both emotional and physical health.

For example, did you know that laughter improves circulation and boosts oxygen flow, which can reduce the risk of heart disease? It’s like giving your heart a gentle, happy workout without lifting a single weight!

I have had the privilege of guiding many wonderful teams through laughter sessions that are as healing as they are uplifting.

My first instruction is: Open your hearts and laugh from your belly, not your head! To get the full benefit of the exercise

It is always amazing to see everyone let go of stress and embrace the moment just by sharing laughter
